ZAA welcomes Bill Hanka as its new Government Affairs Consultant and continues its work with Vanessa Gagne, building on Tom Albert’s legacy and strengthening advocacy for zoological facilities.
ZAA Executive Director Dr. Kelly George will conclude her tenure Aug 31, 2026 after leading since 2023. She is credited with growth and animal welfare leadership. The Board will launch a search for a new ED and ensure a smooth transition.
