Thank You, Dr. Kelly George

The Zoological Association of America (ZAA) would like to extend our sincere thanks and appreciation to Dr. Kelly George for her service as ZAA’s Executive Director since early 2023.

During her time with ZAA, Dr. George worked closely with the Board of Directors, members, and staff to help strengthen the organization and advance its mission. One of her key accomplishments was working with the Board in 2023 to develop a three-year strategic plan, establishing goals and priorities to guide ZAA through 2026.

We are proud to share that all of the goals outlined in the strategic plan have been achieved. This accomplishment reflects the dedication and collaboration of ZAA’s leadership, administrative team, committee members, volunteers, members, and community, and Dr. George played an important role in helping move these initiatives forward.
