Congratulations to Our Newly Elected and Returning Board Members

The Zoological Association of America is pleased to announce the results of the 2025 Board Member Election. Congratulations to the following individuals on their success in filling the four open seats on the ZAA Board of Directors:

• Mike Kerr – Re-elected

• Kayte Hogan – Re-elected

• Brian Braitsch – Newly Elected

• Dr. Jonathan Bergmann – Newly Elected

We would also like to extend our gratitude to Matt Schoebel, Marcia Woodard, Kevin Vogel, and Kathy Diekman for their participation as candidates and to the Nominations Committee for their work in presenting such a strong slate.

The returning and new members will officially begin their 3-year terms on September 30, 2025, during the in-person board meeting at the ZAA Annual Conference in San Antonio, TX.
